Weight watchers, attempt 2

Cowbell! You're posting again! I'll do WW with you, and hopefully I'm now mature enough not to go crazy like last time. My problem isn't with eliminating foods, its the tiny portions! For some reason, the keeping track of points plus eating tiny meals made me cut down my food more and more until I got sick and luckily, I don't mix diets and illness. I'm on for class, since I'll be a member until end of November because it takes 30 days for cancellations to be processed. I tried to go to our old gym this morning but didn't have enough change in my car for the meter! :( Damn $.99 cones at TCBY! So, I just went home and ran. I wanted to run through the graveyard, but remembered mid-run that they don't open the gates until after 8am. Then when I came home, I caught the dog in the act. Cat food bowl on the ground, empty, with his face in it finishing off the crumbs!! He got a spank and then everytime I looked at him afterward he would crawl under the coffee table, like I was going to attack him. Mean mommy! Also, after J woke up he told me that he woke up last night to the sounds of the cat vomiting in my underwear drawer. Bleh. Luckily, he got up and handled the situation so I didn't have any unpleasant surprises while dressing in the dark this morning! Tonight J and I are going to go to the gym and weight lift. I hate doing that with him because he is such a pusher, "Come on, you can do more reps than that!", but lazy folks like me need pushers I guess. Call me if you wanna come over while we clean the kitchen and watch Pushing Daisies. That's the big plans for the night. :) Btw, do you think you could make this? Click on the picture to see the construction piece by piece. Sooo cute!

Weight Watchers!

B, why don't you do weight watcher's with me? It's really good bc there aren't any foods that you CAN'T eat. I think the vegan thing is so hard to do because there are so many restrictions. I can give you my ww online password, and you can look up point values of things. I think that you can be more successful if you don't have so many limitations. Plus, you know how well it's already worked out for me. Are you still going to come to Thursday class with me? I get 2 guest passes a month. Let me know what you think.

One step forward, two steps back

So, I've been a bit MIA, though unfortunately it has not been because I've suddenly become Miss Outdoors/Sporty. I've been a working woman, climbing the corporate food chain! With that extra time in front of the computer and not behind a stove, I've also earned a few extra lbs. So, I've signed on as J's spouse at our Alma Mater so I can get the cheap gym membership! Now, I just need to cancel my current membership at my fancy wonderful gym that is very far from everywhere I am. The only downside to this situation is that I will have to workout around younger, fitter undergrads. :( It doesn't matter though, because the more I go, the fitter I'll be! Also, I need to get it better shape because J let me know that regarding him popping the question, "Things are happening". Once that happens, I want to be able to have pictures taken without needing to have Barbara Walters lighting.
As far as diet goes, I've been pondering going back to being vegan. It is inconvenient and time-consuming, but I never have felt better and lost weight as easily as that time period of my life. It is something I've been thinking about a lot, but not necessarily doing anything about. I need to bust out my Eat to Live book again and remind myself of why I went vegan in the first place.
A deterrent to my vegan dreams is the discovery that my younger brother subscribed to Gourmet magazine and forgot about it, so my mother is giving me all the issues he received and will receive! That mag is serious food porn. Everything is beautiful and they have at least 20 recipes per issue and explain how to do the hard stuff. Would I ever have thought to poach meringue in milk? No, but now all I want to do is cook these beautiful, heart stopping recipes! I think I will and will post my results (with a photo comparison).

Joyfully thoughtless

I don't really have anything interesting to report as I am not actively doing anything right now. I've just come off of doing so much stuff that I think my brain is coping by hibernating. If I could have a cruise control for my life, I would be using it right now. The hardest parts of trying to do as little as possible are feeding yourself and dressing yourself. Surprisingly enough, work is one of the easiest things. I probably should take steps to pull myself out of this autopilot, but I think I'll wallow in it just a little longer. I think J has noticed and is worried, but hasn't yet confronted me on it. He bought me a video game but I think that will make the situation worse as I can lay on the couch and play it, thus eliminating any chances that I will clean, cook, plan for the events we have quickly approaching, workout or even talk. If I had some resistance to this behavior I would probably relent, but I just was praised for my hard work by my boss and the owner of my company told me yesterday that I looked like I had lost at least 10 lbs. Maybe the powers that be are trying to tell me that this is the best way to be right now? Yes, I think that is all the reassurance I need.

Run Down of this week since Cowbell's last post

Quick recap of the last week:
-We purchased no bachelors, but plan on getting the number of the top priced bachelor through our sneaky ways.
-I dropped my cell and broke the screen, thus eliminating most weekend phone use.
-Cowbell's chair and stove are both magnificent. Glorious even.
-Cowbell's birthday was tons of fun though cake and wine don't mix well in my book.
-I bought the HRM I posted about earlier.
-I convinced big sister to go Vegan and I'm following suit on Friday.
-Tubbs has been MIA, possibly because of her high falutin' new job.
-Bachelorette party planning is in full swing (contact me if you want to come to any of the 3 I'm helping coordinate)
-I joined Sparkpeople.com last week to help motivate me with workouts and diet stuff
-I regressed to my old cell phone to carry me over until I resolve the screenless PDA/phone issue
-I'm in all day meetings/all evening events until Thursday night, so text or call me if you miss hearing from me!
-I've been eating like I don't gain weight... which I most certainly do, so next week may be a serious fat week. Like "don't get in this elevator with me for your own safety" fat week.
-I just ate a cookie.. see earlier dart

Best Week Ever!

Alright, so this Saturday I am receiving a new stove and a new chair!!! Hooray! I'm so excited. So, this week has been my birthday, I've will receive 4 cakes, have a party, and hopefully buy a hot bachelor. So, there ya go. Life is pretty good. =)

Picked my HRM, tenatively

I think I'm going with the Polar F11 Heart Rate Monitor. It has a lot of awesome features and the $50 dollar uplift from the F6 model I was originally thinking about getting is actually is cheaper in the long run since I was planning on purchasing the F6 plus the better chest strap that is $55. The F11 comes with the better chest strap (standard) so I will be paying $5 less for a better product that comes with a better chest strap. Plus it's prettier than the F6 because it comes in this ice blue model. :)

Happy Birthday Cowbell!

Happy birthday Cowbell!
Part of your birthday present is the present of winning a contest you may not have realized you were in. My body age results were given to me last night and due to my scoring at the bottom of the flexibility test (poor) my body age is.... 25!!! :( My trainer shamed me for not stretching when I workout and told me I need to start doing yoga again. Also, 1/4 of my body is fat. J didn't think this was bad but really?! 25% of me is straight jelly and in no way is that acceptable. I'm researching heart rate monitors today and have a MAP test tomorrow, which tells me exactly what heart rate range my body burns fat at. I will get down to 20%... this is my new goal for after the wedding!
FYI, big sis wants to try a new recipe for the birthday cake I'm making Cowbell, but don't worry- I'm making the box cake regardless of how that one turns out!
I promised Cowbell a yellow cake with fudge frosting and strawberry jam filling for her birthday, though it probably won't be quite as pretty as this cake...

Holding steady... yet somehow backsliding too.

So I weighed myself this morning and (drum roll please...) I'm at the weight I was when I started working out/watching what I ate. I know the reason my weight is doggedly still at that detested number- booze. I lived it up this weekend, but my new, healthier lifestyle starts today! Tonight I finally have my fitness evaluation and 2 months to get to a shape that won't make me want to punch anyone who wields a camera in my direction at big sister's wedding. I think I'm going to tone down the bread making to once a week as I think that may be a factor as well. Wish me luck my peeps, as I am about to start on the Eat to Live diet again. I don't want to stop eating dairy but that diet was so freakin effective, that if I really want to make leaps and bounds weight and shape-wise, I need to. Obviously, this rule will not apply on 4/5 for Cowbell's birthday celebration. I also just signed up for sparkpeople.com as they have suggested menus and workouts for everyday and groups to encourage you along the way. I think this will help me when J is on one of his beer and Whataburger diets. Let me know if any of you want to join Sparkpeople too and we can be buddies!

Well ladies.... this is a time of great change in Tubbs life. In fact, pretty much everything except my gargantuan weight is in flux. The pounds however, they get to stay for some reason. I'm not eating sugar or flour, but it's only been about three solid days. I want instant results damnit! B and I have, however, not eaten out once this week. Go us! And he's actually kind of stoked about the cooking at home thing. I'm so proud! We had a very yummy meal of chicken, rice, and broccoli yesterday and despite B suggesting we smother everything in cheese sauce, he was pleasantly surprised that healthy doesn't need to taste bad. Anyway, small victories. Tubbs is going to be employed doing the EXACT same thing she was doing her senior year of high school, albeit at double the pay. Oooooo.... in the words of my mother "why the hell did you go to college?" Anyway, it's all for the greater good right? At least this way I can all but guarantee that I will be at the August nuptials and hopefully at the July fiesta before that. Yea for cheap mindless labor. That paycheck, however small, will indeed be heart warming.

Lazy Springbreak, eh?

Hiya girls,
I see that there wasn't any breaking news while I was away! :) Mexico was great, especially because no one stresses there. There was a bomb threat and even the cops were calm about it: "No, you can't go this way... No really, there is an emergency." while idly shooing us away. Hehe. Turns out the bomb threat was really a bottle with something in it, so they thought it was a Molitov Cocktail?? Anyways it wasn't and wasted a bunch of our time. We ate delicious cake and catered foods and saw some amazingly beautiful places! And when I came home, I had lost 1 lb! Thank you San Miguel for being super hilly. You guys will love the wedding and Bridezilla contained herself really well throughout the trip. I felt bad for her for a couple days because everything kept falling through and she seemed on the verge of tears at one point. Both the brides in our lives are anxious to know if Tubbs will be bringing herself and her man to their weddings and our fall bride wants to know if Tubbs is coming on to the bachelorette party in NO. Fall bride and I worked out last night at my gym and my body really forgot how hard the gym is! But I gotta keep it up b/c J is determined to be a bad influence. FYI he has only 24 beers to go to reach his goal of 200 and looks exactly the same as when he started.... He hasn't changed his diet or even started working out. How??? It makes me crazy. He even ate all my "I've been really good today treat" ice cream that was in the freezer and that stuff was not even close to low fat! Erg. Luckily, he was so sweet and excited about me being home it all makes up for it. Especially since his truck was stolen last week! :( Ok, can't go into that now as I gotta go to a meeting!

Can I just say that I LOVE the Peeps picture!? Cuz I do. Anywho, went to the gym yesterday for like five seconds. Feeling very lazy these days. I think it has to do with the fact that I'm going through a sever life crisis and I'm unable to function. Just had a very good smoked salmon sandwhich. I'm off to the gym today in just a bit. Hopefully I'll work a little harder this time. K (I'm going with abbreviations of names cuz I can't seem to remember our pin names) came up with the very good idea of me being a nanny. Is that lame? I could make like 40k a year doing something that I really like to do anyway. And I wouldn't have to go to an office. I'd have weekends totally off. And, I could work on school at the same time. All while paying my loans off at an acceptable rate. The only real problem I have with it is saying that I'm a nanny. That blows. Wish they had a better word for it. But as long as I'm doing school or something else while I'm doing it, I don't feel so bad. Sorry, I know this is a fitness blog and I'm ruining it but there is a total lack of fitness in my life currently so I'll blog about other things. Can't I just get married and pregnant?! Damn.... that's all I want. I figure if I work for a few solid years and get rid of my debt, I'll be a lot more ready to be a mom and stay at home. That way the hubby won't have to work for my debts as well as the families. Those are my thoughts.

Thank goodness for Mexico!

This week has been plagued with an excess of drinking and eating and no working out. My first workout for this week will be tonight as my fitness eval fell through and going out for work evening activities made me too drunk/tired/hungover to even think about physical fitness! I'm excited to be leaving for Mexico on Friday night as it will be a break from all this "get fit now!" pressure I've put on myself. Hopefully, I'll get some running time in on the trip as well. Adios, chicas!

LIfe is Good

Well, I feel as though I'm still on track physically. I've been going to the gym 6 days a week... except 2 weeks ago when I was sick sick sick. My clothes fit better. Parts of my body feel more different than they ever had. The only thing that's not changing very much is the scale... but that's fine as long as I can see the results. "Chubby Bunny" and I worked out yesterday. I also did an hour of weights before that. I'm glad that today is my day off. I think I'll celebrate with a rita. Time for my kiddies to arrive ttyl. Keep up the hard work ladies =)

Gym Bunny!

I joined Cowbells gym! I'm very excited though a little worried about what the fitness evaluation will find..... Some rocks are better left unturned! The nice thing is I don't have to keep mooching off of Cowbell to go to her awesome gym. And the location I'm at is exactly the same as hers, but flipped, so I've accidentally gone the wrong way a couple times! Oops... but everyone there seems really nice and hopefully this is fuzzy gym feeling I have lasts!

This weekend=fatslposion

Yea, Flexplus! That sounds awesome! I went to an "open house" at a gym nearby my office on Saturday, and made it in time for the last free class, which was Zumba. Though the instructor didn't really explain what the class was or what we would be doing at the beginning, all of us in the class caught on fairly quickly after she turned on the music and started going. Zumba seems like a mix of middle eastern dancing to extremely fast Italian/Spanish House music. It was confusing, fast, and was a surprisingly effective and fun class. Random parts of my body were sore, like parts of my pelvis from rotating my hips (hoola hoop or bellydancing style) while in a squat position. However, that exercise was most definitely canceled out on Sunday, where I ate crap all day long AND my mother let me know that she weighs 4 lbs less than me! :( So, I did my measurements today (I've lost 1 lb) and have posted pictures I cut out from Victoria's Secret catalogues all over my fridge, pantry and microwave so I think twice before making bad decisions. Watch out, mom- I'm gonna be below your weight before you know it!

FlexPlus Bitches

So i went to the gym yesterday for the second time in about a year. Go me. I ran for about 20 minutes and then decided to try this FlexPlus class. Only once I began did I realize what I was in for. it's 75-100 reps with low weight on every major muscle group. I thought I was going to straight up die. It was great though and I definitely want to work it into my schedule at least twice a week. I did things I haven't done since I took that weight lifting class at UT. And it's really intimidating to go to the weight area at my gym. All guys with huge necks and staring problems. It was nice to have someone push me to do at least ten to fifteen more reps that I ever would have done alone. All around A+ class. Full of women... not a dude in sight. And it was all done quickly so I kept my heart rate up for the whole hour, unlike when I do weights on my own. That involves a whole lot of rest action.

Anyway, I'm at work now but am off to the gym in just a bit. I'm all pumped up after yesterday and really want to stay on track. I've not been good with the sugar situation.... I haven't eaten candy but I know I've had a few salad dressings that had the stuff and catsup once or twice. But I have been really good about the flour. The other night I was craving a hamburger and I took off the bun. I was really proud of myself because I've had a really hard time doing any sort of diet around B. I'm terrified of being that chick. But I just need to get over it. Because I'm pretty sure he'd rather have a hot girlfriend that takes the bun off than a big fat ass that just shoves it right on down.

Step Class

I have my new step class today, and I'm nervous as a kid at their first day at a new school! The room they have it in has two glass walls that the treadmills/ellipticals/bikes face so the people working out on them just watch the class people their whole workout. My plan is to get in the front opposite corner of the wall of watchers so I'm not trying to look cool (or focus on not looking like a injured duck) the whole class.
*
This new gym also has standing tanning available, ala carte! I'm very excited about that because if I need it, I can get a tanning fix without having to go to a tanning place. Once I go to a tanning place, I always forget the bad stuff and only remember how much I love being tan, which is not helpful in my quest to avoid cancer...

So, I noticed that we were using our own and each other's names in our posts, so I editted the posts to use our user names. If you guys could do the same, we can continue to share without having to worry about people we don't want to stumbling onto our blog and knowing more stuff than we're comfortable with them knowing about us.
*
CowBell, I'll let you know how the class goes because if I hate it, then I'll come with you and K to the class we went to last week. Though I like my new gym, it doesn't even come close to the awesomeness that is your gym. If I had one near my office or house, I would join in a second- even though it's $20 more a month than my new gym will be!

VDay- chubbybunny's version

I agree completely with cowbell! Our step interval was the most movement my body had done in who knows how long and the steam was everything I dreamt of and more! The rest of valentine's day was pretty typical, J and I ate our chocolate bag while watching "The Usual Suspects" ***which was AWESOME*** and then went to bed. This weekend J and I finished our dance class which made me kinda sad, because I really liked some of our classmates. We didn't even schedule a dance night for the class! Oh well...
I'm still sore from that step class though, even though it has been 5 days! What a wimp! I'm headed to 24hr Fitness tonight by my office to get a week pass and take a tour. It has a steam room, way more classes than the campus location and the website said something about tanning. What?! If I can workout, steam and tan all in one place, I'm sold!
Don't worry though, the tanning is just so I don't look like an albino fatty at Char's wedding. I'm not about to become tanorexic like some people in my past have. :)

V Day

Do chubbybunny and I had an excellent VDay. We spent it working our ass of in a step interval class. It was truly great. We followed that up with a romantic steam in the wet sauna. Who needs men?

Wow

Okay, so I'm not the only one who reads this thing. Shocking. Great efforts ladies. Stopping the hand to mouth is def step one. Congrats on the weight losses. If I had a normal job I would love to get up early and work out. Remember when we did that Tubbs... I think that we the happiest we ever were with our bodies. So, chubbybunny I say, bite the bullet... go to bed early and get up at 7 and make it happen. After work there truly isn't enough time. So, without putting more hours in the day, that's the best thing one can do. I'm still going strong at the gym. 20 out of 22 days at the gym. I haven't stepped on the scale since week 2 though bc I had only lost 2 pounds after dieting and working out. I wanted to punch the scale in the face. Although I'm under the milestone weight I hate so much. So... keep on working ladies. Maybe I'll try the scale Sat morning. I'll keep you posted. PS nothing is cooking in my crockpot bc no on loves me =(

You know why boys don't get obease? Because they're jerks. Thats why. Brads a little heavy but he seriously eats everything under the sun. We're talking EVERYTHING! If I ate like that, I would not be a little heavy (as I am now), I'd be a fucking hippo! Seriously, like 300 pounds. No fair I say. I've been really good on the no flour no sugar routine. Shockingly so. And I've lost..... drum roll please.... 4 pounds!! Weeee! I'm pretty stoked. Not only does the weight loss make me feel better about life, but the fact that I finally have a little control over something that I do makes me really happy. And Brad thinks I have resolve of steel... which is an amusing bonus. It's a little warmer and slightly less depressing here today.... makes me think of the beautiful months to come where doing outdoorsy stuff might not actually be that painful.

Chocolate cake and Bratwurst Diet

This is what is cooking in my crockpot right now and J will be fantasizing about it all day. Also tonight, I'm making J's V-Day present which is a chocolate bag, german chocolate style. It will be filled with german chocolate cake, coconut sorbet, coconut flakes and pecans with chocolate covered blackberries, kiwi and strawberries around it. All while I'm watching what I eat... Ugh! The good news is that I have lost one of the two pounds I somehow gained over the weekend! My weight loss resolve has been strengthen by a dumbass comment J made about not believing that I gain a little weight right before I start losing it because I'm building muscle. Listen J- I am NOT getting fatter!! That would be impossible. All I've been eating are fruits, veggies and high fiber carbs! As you can guess, I shunned him after that comment. Yesterday I ate quinoa with veggies cooked in veggie broth for dinner and had an orange for dessert. Tonight, I'm going to stuff myself on salad and cooked veggies so I won't be hungry when J eats what's pictured above and when I make the cake. Wish me luck on continuing to fight the inner complusive overeater! Somebody please give me a workout suggestion as I want to workout, but I can't get up early enough in the morning and always have stuff going on in the evening. On Wednesday, I have poker night at my boss' house so I'll have to go straight there from work. :(
PS- J was talking this morning about how today is a great day, he's really excited about dinner AND it's pizza roll day! How is he not obese?!? I just want him to get a little fatter than me because its not fair.

Body Age= 30-something?

Good job CowBell! Just don't start dating any 18 year olds... that would be kinda creepy :) I've been trying really hard to eat healthy, but have yet to start working out. Ooops. Today I've been really good- I had a tangelo (orange/grapefruit mix) for breakfast, tomato slices with mozzerella slices and balsalmic vinegar for lunch, and a little apple and DDP for a snack. My office got a giant chocolate cake for all the Dec, Jan and Feb birthdays... we've had a cake in the office every week for the past 3 weeks people. STOP IT!! I'd love to come workout with you one day, I need to get to it. J is in class today- I'll go running after work and check out all the hotties on the IM fields.

Body Age Revealed

Well, I kinda feel like I'm just chatting with myself... but incase anyone is curious my body age was 18!!! There ya go. I have the body of an 18 year old! If anyone is interested in coming to the gym with me, you're more than welcome. Or, if anyone is interested in walking town lake on the weekend we could do that too. Just let me know =)

Body Age

Alright bitches. Come on. Where are our posts? Just wanted to let you know that I will be receiving my "body age" from my gym today. If they tell me I'm any older that a 23.75 year old someone is gonna get punched in the face. Kara and I did that step class again last night. It didn't feel as hard... so we don't know if we're getting more in shape, or if it was just plain easier. Before the class these two tatooed people tried to go into the step studio. We were like, "Are you here for the step class?" And they said they were going to a body pump class. And we were like... uh no you aren't. And they showed me on the schedule where the body pump class was... in the 6pm hour row.... but on the Thursday column. So I took that as a teachable moment and taught some 20-something year olds to read a chart. Oh my. So, let me just say my body age better be 17. I'll keep ya posted. Anyone else out there in cyberspace working out or eating right?
CowBell

PS I just thought I'd post a picture of my progress thus far. =) Look how tiny my boobs have gotten.

Thursday, January 31, 2008

Good job! Well, I had a salad for lunch and an apple for breakfast. Not too bad. I'm really going to try and do the no sugar no flour thing in earnest. I am eating much less overall now that I spend a lot of time with Brad. I was home last night and totally gorged. It's like I can't handle a pantry. I don't know what's wrong with my brain. The problem is that when I do eat with the boy, it's at restaurants every time. So.... my new solution is that I'm going to be the salad girl. I know that chick sucks, but she's skinnier than I am so whatever.

Gym Hero

Hey ladies! Well I just thought that you should know that I've been to the gym 10 out of the last 10 days!!! I can already feel my clothes fitting much better! I don't feel like a fatty. =) Kara and I did this AWESOME step class at Lifetime on Monday. I almost peed my pants and Kara almost threw up. Now that's what I call a hardcore workout =) I'm also keeping my "points" down. So, we'll see how long this lasts. Oh, gotta go, my soup is hot!

Thursday, January 24, 2008

Yay Kelly! Peach salsa sounds gross, but hey, whatever works. I'm feeling slightly better about life today, although I do have an upset stomach. Last night I made some really bad choices. By that I mean I ate my own stuffed shells (albeit low-fat) and two pieces of pizza (albeit thin crust). I felt not good. Today... better. I got an open house this weekend. Weee!! I'm always stoked to be able to pretend I have a job. I'd like to go to the gym today. My brother took my ipod (convenient excuse) so I guess I'll have to go tomorrow. I did put self tanner on last night and that always makes me feel productive.

Wednesday, January 23, 2008

=)

Well ladies, I'm quite proud of myself. I joined the gym yesterday. I worked out for 40 mins yesterday and I'm gonna try to do 45 mins today. I have also gotten back into eating salad with peach salsa instead of dressing. So... lets see if I can melt those pounds right off. Also the southwestern veggie flavor of progresso's light soups is my favorite! I've been eating that for lunch instead of a lean cuisine. I'll let you know how long this lasts =) I kinda feel like eating fish tonight. Maybe I'll stop by whole foods. What's everyone else up to?

Life is getting in the way

I've gone into workout remission.

I haven't worked out and have blamed it on weather, anniverseries, pizza overload (both our families had us over and served pizza last week) and work. Now I have another log to add to the flames of denial- J and I have to find a place to live for a month! Our landlord stopped by and told J that our house is going to have foundation work done and we have to find someplace else to live for a whole month. What?!?
Luckily a coworker told me she needs a dog/house sitter in April/May, so we may not be huddling in a cardboard box for four long weeks.
I promise to do my Carmen Electra video tonight:

I plan on becoming the girl behind her

Wednesday, January 16, 2008

So, I had a banana with peanut butter and a small glass of milk for breakfast. I just had one granola bar out of the two bar pack. It was really sweet and rather stale. That's my food intake for the day. O, and two mugs of tea and a few diet pills. What a health nut.

Question, does sexual activity count as working out? If so, how much? Thanks!

Tuesday, January 15, 2008

Here I am world

Well ladies. I'm just going to say that I have supplied more than enough handle for ya'll to love. Instead of working out yesterday I finished the last 200 pages of a book. So today... I'm going to put working out for one more day. However, all I've had to eat today was a bowl of Kashi cereal, a lean cuisine, and some almonds. So at least I haven't killed it yet. So there ya go. I'm going to go to Lifetime Fitness sometime this week with Kara. If I like it I might become a member!
I'm here. I'm fat. And I'm ready for action. Bring it.

The New Workout Plan

Ok, girls- you asked and I supplied...

You've just popped into our "Get Right for the Wedding" workout blog.
I will be posting weekly something that is proof I've been doing something other than laying on the couch eating cake. I hope to make this our source for exercise inspiration so will post weekly workout plans based on whatever you are interested in for the week. That way we won't get bored and will hopefully be aisle ready long before swimsuit season is upon us. I will also try to learn how to post pictures, videos, songs and such since that would also make this something we'd actually want to visit regularly.
